About Pınar Giuggiola

Pınar Giuggiola has a 20-year private banking career in local and international banks such as Citigroup and Garanti BBVA as Sales& Marketing Executive. She supports young managers  by one-to-one coaching to fit their new leadership roles and as well as Mid-level, Senior managers, Directors, C-Level Leaders and Executives  about their  personal and leadership development journey. She supports teams by agile team coaching for unlocking a group’s potential and enhances collective intelligence. Pinar delivers tailor made projects and programs  for leading companies in Turkey on leadership development, coaching, mentoring, communication and other organizational development areas. Her Coaching scope covers Intercultural Career transitions and Holistic Wellbeing as well.

She took an active role as a member of the board of directors at International Coaching Federation Basel between 2018 and 2021. Meanwhile, she worked volunteer at Cherie Blair Foundation (UK) and supported Indian women entrepreneurs in the 'Mentoring Woman in Business' program. Pınar is Associate Leadership Coach at Betterup UK.

 

Pınar loves to witness her clients becoming aware of their choices and reaching their goals. As a gestalt practitioner and systemic team coach she sees people as being naturally resourceful and whole. She is inspired by Gestalt Coaching, Systemic Team Coaching, Agile Leadership and CoResolve Leadership visions. Having over 1750 hours of coaching experience she is rewarded by International Coaching Federation (ICF)which based in USA, as ‘Professional Coach’ (PCC). Providing coaching in Turkish and English, she also has a B1 level of French and German knowledge. She  has been living in France since 2018
